  Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were in very good condition, clean, and well maintained. The customer service was also excellent — staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again

  Clean and comfy. We were a bit alarmed by the signage in the car park about car thieves but had no issues. Train station is 5 minute walk away and supermarket next door.

  Die Zimmer sind okay. Einmal wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir das Schild mit der Reinigung an der Tür rangemacht haben. Das Frühstück hat nicht viel Auswahl. Das einzig gute ist für ein Städtetrip, dass das Hotel nah am Flughafen ist und Bus und Bahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden sind.

  I am a regular guest at the hotel, and the staff are amazing! Any issues or concerns, the staff go the extra mile, and I really enjoy staying at the hotel. The staff are very professional and helpful at any time of day. Staff behaviour reflects who they work for. At this hotel, everything they do for customers is first-class and strongly reflects the brand! Rooms are clean, but if you have a problem with the shower, for example, it is fixed within hours. The staff always made our stay welcoming and were incredibly helpful throughout. Great location, and friendly, helpful receptionist and staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with excellent service. The room itself was comfortable, and I was extremely happy! The breakfast is really good, and the dining area is spacious! Great for kids! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to shops and local fast-food outlets. It's about a 10-minute walk from Hayes & Harlington Station, so you can be in Paddington, Bond Street, or Tottenham Court Road in 20 minutes! Lots of bus connections as well. Definitely recommended for any traveller! The beds are so much better than Travelodge! Overall, I am very happy and can recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed and will be back soon!
